• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm doing this right now with venlafaxine (one year + ten years other SSRI) 375-nil because I hear how bad it's supposed to be but four days in I don't feel that bad and in some ways better. I worried that my last ctb didn't go to plan because the venlafaxine was making me just too numb to think it was worth doing.

Can't even get drug withdrawal right, it couldn't be more over.

I considered also going gabapentin (8 years) 3600-0 I hear that really makes you wish you were dead, but I don't want to be physically bed bound.

Christ, you are lucky. I missed my venlafaxine dose by a whole 3 hours once and I thought I was going to die. I have thought about restarting ven because I figured maybe the numbness would make me not care about living/dying. I kind of ended up with a YOLO attitude while I was on it and made some questionable life choices. I figure maybe I will be cowboy enough yo off myself.

As far as gaba, I have a friend who takes it and gets horrible withdrawals if they forget a dose but they mostly take it for pain.

It's not about SI but I've stopped Wellbutrin and Abilify because they made my anxiety even worse

I've recently gone cold turkey with citalopram 30mg. It wasn't for SI but for other reasons. The brain zaps and heart palpitations are rough but manageable.
