my method is carbon monoxide poisoning via burning charcoal and transferring to a tent. im very confident with this method - it will always be available to me, and is very reliable and peaceful if done correctly.

Because. I have suffered wiv SA. Rape. Emotional & physical trauma. Mental trauma too. From my so called 'family'. I just can't be fucked anymore. I'm just a broken fucking mess.

Is the highest point by the stripped light house or the other one upon your research.. cause it doesn't look like a straight drop ..the cliffs are kind of bulging out so I'm a lil confused…

Couldn't find that out specifically sorry, but based on drone footage etc I've seen I think you're good jumping from pretty much any point along it as long as there's no ledge within ~50 metres of the top. Pretty much impossible to survive I'd say. It's not the UK's top suicide spot for nothing - seems pretty foolproof to me. That said I've decided against jumping as my method for a variety of reasons but each to their own :)

How do u beat the feeling of suffocating, heat or headaches etc cause I've head this happen to few ppl but also seen success story ?

the goal with this method is to bring the concentration of CO in the air, in a confined space, to at least 10,000ppm (ten thousand parts per million).

carbon monoxide is very lethal, even in tiny doses if constantly exposed - but with a concentration as high as this, unconsciousness will occur in a matter of seconds to a few minutes, with death following very shortly after - leaving you no time to experience any painful symptoms that may arise.




as for heat - i plan to carry out this method during cold weather. so for me, i don't think this will be an issue.

there is a thread (which i have linked below) where the poster took temperature readings, and found that the temperature increased by only about 10°C.

i doubt that one would need to be conscious inside the tent/ room long enough for heat to be an issue, since death will occur in a matter of minutes.

But how don't the bottom of it melt with coals? I mean the metal buckets for that are made for ashes and used coals gets so hot that it will burn anything from its bottom if there is no wooden thing underneath it (they are made for empting cold or warm ashes from fireplaces and burn from bottom...

Yeah probably worth going there to have a look if it's not too far. My method is gonna be IV heroin overdose, just a few seconds of blissful euphoria before I pass out and never wake up. Definitely the most peaceful method available to me.

& Yh I know it is pretty certain I guess I just been trapped for so long within myself I have this deep fear that I would somehow survive & be in an even worse situation.

I used to jump out of small airplanes for fun. Be sure that one gets sufficient time for reflection as the chute opens & you stabilise. Might be worth giving that a rethink, I have an old aquaintance who walks around like an upside down letter 'L' after a botched jump.

Have u looked at beachy head ? It's 530feet..?I'm not wanting to jump with parachute .. I want freedom
