I would,but they have the settings to where every post has to be "approved" by the admin before it gets put up in the group. I asked,what legal actions/plans do we have to take aim as we all are giving up our time to be here.

I can tell you legally they can do nothing. I have had websites taken down. You need a court order to give to the server company.. and they don't have the legal funding or time to even try. Not to mention, there is nothing illegal.

Sites like gore operate with no problems if you noticed. ;)

I hate to admit it, but I used to be one of those assholes that would do that. It's easy to not think about other people's problems when someone is in a hurry and stressed out over completely stupid things, but it still wasn't a valid reason for me to be a dick to people when I did it.

Being mentally unstable in general, not just when stuck in traffic, is part of what brought me here. Even though it caused the majority of those instances to take place, I still feel bad about those things. Maybe someday the people who hate us for not sharing their opinions about life and death will feel bad too, but that's probably asking for too much, I imagine.

@Lost in a Dream , hey, it's okay. We all do regrettable stuff. Being in constant pain does nothing to improve my disposition, I assure you:) You have something that much of the world lacks: a conscience and insight.

"Shawn's" Law is making me cringe, not just the bill itself but how they're handling her 'legacy'

I'm writing a reflective piano piece and am tempted to name it Shawn's Prélude or something, then at least she'll have something actually nice to her memory however small, and not just the toutings of one ignorant politician

and put on the news article so only the first paragraph was displayed, and they accompanied it with some narrative about how the Biebers are being "harassed" by our site even though my post is taken completely out of context because if you read the second paragraph (which you can't because they filtered that out in the news article) you can see i'm not having a go at the parents at all. i've only ever defended the parents when people from our site have pointed fingers and said they're to blame.

also i thought the piano thing was a nice gesture so now i feel crap
