Has anyone else received this with their SN from SD?

I'm worried I got sent the wrong thing, either intentionally or unintentionally. I ordered my SN from SD 2 weeks ago and it arrived a few days ago. Before they shipped, they sent me an email asking what I was using it for, I told them meat curing.

I opened it today and along with a sealed package was a safety data sheet saying that the product name is cellulose. I don't know if it actually is cellulose or if they put that in there in case of customs checks. I don't want to open the package to test it just yet since I'm scared of ruining it if it actually is SN. Those who have received their SN from this source, has anyone else gotten this?

you can buy SN tests but this are probably the easiest:

Definitely test it just in case, but I'd think they just put cellulose for customs to prevent problems it getting to you. I've not heard of SD sending the wrong things out, but better to be safe than sorry and test it.
