Help Has anyone died of eating Fly Agaric?

Might seem like an odd one but I'm just trying to figure out all the options that are available if I can't get SN.
I tried to search around about it and some place said 15 or so caps of them could very well be lethal. Sure it would be a terribly painfully way to die from what people have said they experienced after ingestion.
But does anyone know if it could be a halfway reliable way to ctb?

Just quick google search resulted in many sources saying death is actually rare. Don't think this would be reliable.

You know if I was using nature to ctb I'd rather use hemlock. It killed Socrates.

The thing is that Hemlock is a very rare sighting here. And I live too far up north for many plants that I would have gone for otherwise :/

Omg wait, that's actually not a bad idea. I didn't know they were named that in English. My grandma has those in her garden and maybe growing wild in ours as well :0

Just another note on poisonous plants, the concentration of the alkaloids in the plant will vary so you really don't know how much you're consuming which makes dosing difficult to predict/measure.

Ah yeah I kinda know. Just trying to find a halfway backup plan in case I can't use sn since my country deemed it illegal to import. So if I don't find an alternative in time I at least have an idea of what to use instead :3
