The gallon of water? I've heard and read that if you drink a gallon of water in a very short period of time, and not go to the bathroom, it can kill you.

Don't know if I would try this option. I don't know if its painful or what.....

It will most likely be painful, don't know how and where though. It has a high chance of failure, you might just end up hospitalized. And there's also if you can actually drink that much water, in a short time too.
