I feel like if I could do that then I wouldn't need to consider CTB. Excuse my ignorance but I feel as though something like this works a certain amount of funds to actually pull off.

Winning a huge sum of money could be the only way for me to consider another life elswhere. It wouldn't change the fact that I have myself and illnesses to live with. But money talks in this flesh and blood world.
