Has anyone been a guide

Is there anyone who has been a guide for Final Exit? Do they have doctors or help you get meds if they approve you for help? Are there any other options to find a guide or someone to assist if you physically can't get or set up gas? Does anyone have the latest PPh? I've seen it mentioned before that members worked with death with dignity groups and it sounds like they have sources for N,SN, meds for eol or pain meds for VSED. I don't know what these groups actually do if they approve you for help. I've read they come and advise or show you directions, I've even heard they will stay and clean up after. Do they give you a source and you have to get it? Is it case by case? If you have no way of getting it yourself I don't know if they help. I know many doctors will speak about working with organizations because they believe everyone deserves the right but am I wrong in thinking some of these doctors will give eol meds to those who can't get them in their state or based on conditions or are just in so much pain they need to expedite. Any information appreciated.I know some are here because they are considering it but if you are definitely going to ctb and have a pretty fail proof way you are willing to share I'd be interested.
