When attempting full suspension hanging, is the aim to hold your breath for as long as possible (if you want it to be least painful)? This is probs a dumb question but do you die because of the lack of blood flow to your brain or the oxygen? I am going to attempt full suspension at some point but am hoping to make it as peaceful as I can.
A normal person can easily hold their breath for a minute, and you only need 10-15 seconds to black out, so the pain you'll need to worry about is the pain on the neck.
