So I know with FSH that you need a noose. So why when watching hangin videos does it look like some people just tie a knot at the back of their neck? I am so confused on hanging, some people say it's easy but it seems kind of complicated to me.

You do not need a hangman's knot. That's for long drop judicial hanging, which aims to break the neck. On this board we're just looking to occlude the carotid arteries. A slipknot will do for that.
