Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I just hanged myself full suspension but I didn't tie the rope to the anchor as I was only testing. I had done so before and it went fine (wasn't painful), however this time I had idiotically rushed setting it up and didn't pre-tighten the noose around my neck like I should have before stepping off the stool. Maybe I stepped off at an angle too, I am not sure. This caused it to cinch off dramatically to the right instead of centered at the back of my neck.

Right now, my neck, particularly on the right is painful and it is painful to swallow and sometimes to speak. Does anyone know if I can expect this to go away soon? I don't know what to do other than to wait and hope for the best. I feel really stupid and alone right now :(

You just bruised yourself. It will clear.
It is good to know pre-tightening the ligature is advised. It stops this unpleasant sensation and you can make sure the slip knot is where you want it in those last moments.

It is definitely important to pre-tighten. I did so in my first test and I was able to lose consciousness swiftly and without discomfort aside from the pressure on my neck from holding my body weight. But any discomfort is brief enough that it won't matter in a workable set up.

It is already getting easier to swallow, thank you for your response.
