I don't have an anchor point :( but I agree that it's one of the best methods out there. Amything that requires a process leading up to the attempt will increase SI and create room for failure. Hanging is something that you can do pretty much instantaniously. When I tried partial some years ago there was almost no pain, only the exploding head feeling (sounds worse than it actually is). Unfortunately partial requires a lot of willpower to keep your body pushed downwardsand not pull back before passing out, so what you said only really applies to full suspension hanging.

Will it be successful if I use a 2.4cm thick rope?
Is it too thick?
The rope has no elasticity
