I want to do full suspension hanging but I can't find a good guide on how to do it successfully. I've found one but it's more general information about the method rather than a step-by-step guide. Also, the only place in my house I could attach the rope from is only about a foot above my head. I'm guessing that won't work, but if it will please let me know. I also need to know what kind of rope to buy. I'm about 115lbs. Thank you. Other advice is welcomed.
