So I have chosen to ctb and I want to do so soon - like in the next few weeks/months. But the only issue is I'm very limited in my resources and so I've only really got hanging as a method.

I want to do full suspension as it's more reliable and I'm planning on doing it in a hotel room. But my main issue is finding an anchor point/ somewhere to tie the rope to. I was thinking a curtain rack as they're the only viable option I can think of but I'm not sure if they would be too flimsy? (for reference I don't weight much, like around 45kg). Also curtain racks would also mean I would be hanging somewhat diagonally, not straight on - and so I don't know if that would affect anything either.

But apart from curtains, I have no idea what else I could attach the rope to. Any suggestions???

That's tough because I don't think it will hold and being vertical just means si will have something to leverage. You may need a tree in isolated area, or perhaps a different method.

it seems too fragile. Maybe you can try hanging from it with your hands to see if it can hold your weight, although idk how you're gonna explain it to the hotel staff if it breaks lol. You might also check if there is a closet rode, but that's for partial.

I didn't opt for partial hanging simply because I feel like it's more temperamental than just full suspension. But also I'm not paying £100 for a hotel room to not cbt lol. So who knows - maybe partial will just have to be the method.
