No I have never been able to astral project and I've only tried a few times after watching people on YT trying to explain how to do it. I have a lot of lucid dreams myself but they only last a few seconds or a few minutes at the most. I've had sleep paralysis twice that I can remember and both times it was absolutely terrifying for me.
