I cannot help but to think about the lives I will unfortunately impact when I ctb. I worry for my family, my animals, my business… everything just gets frozen in time.. and I feel like a bad person for trying to do something for myself for once. It's just unfortunate that this once is forever

It is very stressful to think about. On one hand, you might not even be there to witness the way your absence affects all of them (depending on what you believe). On the other, you die knowing that the whole world is still going on afterwards. Unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee that the people you cared about will manage it well.

At the very least, there's steps that you can take to give closure to your family, keep your business stable, and find people you trust to look after your animals. Just take your time with this process. In the end, only you know what you want, and it doesn't make you a bad or selfish person. I wish you and the people in your life well, no matter what happens.

I just wish that life never existed in the first place so that nobody would have to suffer through death and loss, which is inevitable in existence, I see existence as just being a cycle of endless torment and suffering. Of course it's always a personal decision deciding what to do but I believe that one could never be obligated to continue enduring this existence they were forced into, it would be cruel to try and force someone to stay here, wanting true relief from existence could never make someone a bad person, we all have our right to die.

Everyone dies at some point and there will always be an impact on the people who knew us. If only there wasn't so much stigma around ctb. I hope people in your life have compassion for your suffering and that you have compassion for yourself as well. It sounds like you are doing your best to be considerate of your loved ones while you are in the midst of a lot of pain.

Yes, I am very very torn. I know that I could continue on for many many years, but I don't want to any more. I know I'll miss out, but I feel like it's natural to always want "a little bit longer"
