We have got to figure this out. I can't continue doing the exact same things everyday. Which is nothing. I'm 45 years old and had to move back in with my parents after my 19 year marriage failed. I have no job because I couldn't handle the stress. My parents are in their late 70s and I'm scared I'm going to be homeless. I do not want to continue in this awful existence. For the record, I believe in God. I believe in Jesus Christ. I just don't believe in myself. I'm tired, scared, and miserable. There has got to be someone on this site that can tell us how to ctb in a peaceful way. Second choice is probably hanging but it looks very unpleasant. Someone please help. I don't want to be here any longer.

I can relate to what you are going thru. I don't have a job due to my depression and am living with my 76 year old mom. I know I will be homeless when she passes away. It terrifies me. I also believe in God but I am convinced he hates me.

I'm sorry for what you are going through at the moment and can relate to the feeling of repetitiveness. You are in a very stressful situation now, and it is understandable to be scared. I sincerely hope that with a little bit of time, things may turn around for you and that either way, you find a way out of Groundhogs Day.
They are fine with me staying here and I am looking for a less stressful job. But I need one soon. I have two kids. I'm so ashamed of how I feel.

no matter your position, you shouldn't feel ashamed for your feelings, they're your feelings. it doesn't matter how old you are, life could fuck you over at any time. no matter what you'll still be your parent's baby, so don't feel guilty for staying under their roof. either way i hope you can recover from this <3Similar threads
