like people above said going to the toilet just before CTB is going to massivly reduce the chance/amount of pee u would release doing hanging. I understand embarrassment about it but suicide unfortunetly is not pretty and it can happend when u lose control of your whole body. Its going to be your last moments and no one is going to remember u for peeing during suicide most likely someone who finds your body would be too shocked to even notice it. Knowing we can expect to pee when we die, another transgirl and I realized that although our skirts would tend not to get soiled when wearing little panties or no panties, as the pee should just run down over our hold-up stockings and into our shigh-heel shoes. But just in case that isn't valid in practice, we came up with the idea of wearing modern, really stylish, incontinence panties, so our skirts and stockings remain clean and dry. She tells me she already adores wearing them and I expect to follow her advice when we CTB together. And they should also help to keep involuntarily ejected solid matter in check. As we plan to overdose by swallowing lots of pills with water, there will be a build up of pressure to release a lot of pee when we die. I just hope we will stay alive long enough to feel it happening as a nice final experience while dying, rather like feeling baby girls at the end.

it is a very big possibility for girls, less so with boys

once someone is dead, the contents of their bladder, and even bowels are gravity fed. once the bladder relaxes, if the person is upright, it will drain straight out of a girl. for the most part it will with a boy too, but that depends on the angle of the whizzer. if the top of the whizzer is higher than the bladder opening, it will not come out until he is moved
