Dentists have told me to wear a mouth guard while sleeping, to prevent me grinding my teeth. A mouth guard restricts air flow into the lungs though, making sleep difficult.

Does anyone else have this problem? How do you deal with it?

Mouth guard was agony. I prefer to grind my teeth into tiny nubs.

You can treat the root problem.

It can be issues with TMJ, your jaw, or teeth alignment. Some reasons can also be psychological (e.g., anxiety, etc.)
