Venting Grief

[Jisatsu]

Those moments and memories always come flooding back , the good the bad and the ones you don't wanna remember.
I cry over so much , over the people know one ever things about anymore... No one cares to hear me cry ... no one sees me splitting in two over and over .
I wish someone could save me from this but the longer I live the more I see that I'm the only one who can stop this..... permanently.

Talking with someone about some BS helps a bit. But when alone, half of the time crashing so BAD that its draining all the energy off me and I'm usuless, numb and sometimes like vegetable. Make yourself busy with something.
