Got my SN ready, other pill/substance recommendations and general advice

Myself and a close loved one will be CTBing together within the week. Got my SN a little while back before the provider sites were having issues. I know the shelf-life on SN is pretty long and stable so I'm not concerned there, but I am curious about a few things. Chiefly, how much for a guaranteed fatal dose when we mix it into the water? We are both males of about 210 lbs and 5'9 in height.

Also, what are some other recommended pills or substances to take with or before it? I have some notes here from when I was looking into this stuff more deeply a few months back, but it's been awhile and I'm not sure what's accurate. I was recommended, at some point according to my notes, to take as follows:

• Benadryl, 8 capsules (Sedative)
• Tylenol, 8 Capsules (Painkiller)
• Emetrol, 3 tablets (Anti-Nausea)
• Pepto Bismol, 4 tablets? (Antacid)

Does this look correct, in terms of dosage and what to take for a smoother, more certain, but less painful end? Is there anything I should or shouldn't try to get? I'm mostly looking for OTC stuff or things I won't need to fake a prescription or illness for.

I also understand it's best to do it on an empty stomach, so we won't be eating for at least 14 hours before we CBT and will be drinking very little water (except to take the pills with and for the SN itself) to avoid vomitting up the SN. Is this also correct? Is there anything else to know or do before we take the plunge? Thanks much in advance!

Don't know what strength the Tylenol is, but 8 pills sounds like a lot, and if it's 500mg, definitely over the daily limit. General recommendation is around 1000mg. More than 1000mg likely won't make a difference and may lead to liver damage if it's over the daily limit.

Keep repeatedly seeing 14 or more hours being suggested for fasting. Not sure where this excessive fasting amount came from.

Takes 4-5 hours for food to leave the stomach, 2-6 to leave the small intestine. 8-12 is the recommended amount, with the benefit starting to sharply drop off after 8. Some even have gone as low as 6.

Fasting for longer than 8-12 will not improve anything, and may just make you more nauseous and irritate your stomach lining.

I'm sorry, it seems like it's more or less de-facto site-wide policy here to keep it very obscured so that the provider sites don't get taken down by government programs so easily - anyone might be a federal agent or a bad faith actor in disguise. But the steps on how to find it on this site should still be possible to be found by sifting through forum replies and piecing them together over the course of a few hours. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, and good luck!

Thank you for this information! I'll check the PPH chart to see how much would be the ideal dosage for the two of us. I had read that 12 hours was a good amount before, so I assumed 14 would be ideal just to make double sure I wouldn't vomit back up anything. But if fasting for longer than 8-12 hours won't do much, I guess I'll only fast about that long. I'll be able to have one last meal at my favorite restaurant now with my loved one, which does bring me some piece of mind.

I understand not being super concerned about long term effects, the reason why I brought it up is that Tylenol is one of those medicines that is extremely safe until you hit the daily limit. After that it quickly becomes toxic, leading to acute liver damage and even failure.

In the event your attempt doesn't work out, you could be dealing with some nasty side effects and long-term problems. Just stay under 3000mg in a day and you're fine. Was just worried your 8 pills might add up to 4000mg.

Don't try to take a small sip to taste it,was probably the dumbest thing I did.But that being said it is extremely salty.So I personally plan on using a mouthwash to kinda burn off the sensation of taste and then drink it.

Exactly, you can also hold your breath while taking a sip. You can rinse your mouth before and after. I have cranberries mashed with sugar, I'll probably make a thick and sweet mors from it. So that it's not so disgusting to swallow a deadly cocktail

Careful, I think I read something about acid slowing the effects!
