I have terrible anxiety and bdd and obsession with face and body and lifetime of being treated bad about it but surgery is not conceivable as its to expensive.
Basically, and that's an example that came to mind recently, imagine if you were a woman and you grew a beard you couldn't shave. thats not me exactly but it comes close emotionally. I do wanna live and i wanna remove that "beard" but like, it cannot be fixed. So I isolate lol and there is genuinely no options. fucking hellSimilar threads
