I've been a member here for years now and have been in good standing. I'm not going get into everything that's happened but I will be deleting my account.
I do not feel supported or safe. I have met some good people and I think this space has potential but the inability to block harmful users and the fact that twice now I have not been believed when I've been harassed and I've been blamed or ignored for what's happening to me makes me feel that I can't stay here.
It's not just about some problematic users, it's about the system that doesn't always protect members. This will probably get deleted but I think I should be able to say that there needs to be changes made to protect members or this is not a safe space for vulnerable people who are struggling.
Ultimately I wish you all the best in what you're going through. I wish that I didn't feel it was necessary to leave to protect myself. I'm very disabled and constantly harassed by the world and I can't tolerate that here or anywhere anymore.
