Goodbye everyone currently 2am and can't sleep most likely cause I'm nervous and didn't take sleep med. In less than 24 hours I will be CTBing with SN. I don't really have a story it's just my life is hell, I've lost everything, it's unbearable to continue living with this mental anguish. It's my time to go, a drink of this and I will be free. Also, I want to thank this site it's been so helpful. I wish everyone on here will find eternal peace.

my SN regime:
17 hour fast
1:00pm- take 1mg lorazepam (to help calm me throughout the day)
4:00pm- No liquids
(no liquids 2 hours before SN only small sips for the pills)
5:00pm- Take 1000mg ibruprofen
5:20pm- Take 30mg meto (AE)
*wait 45 mins
5:45pm- *prepare 3 servings of 25g SN in 50ml water(I have prepared extra in case I vomit)
*crush benzos into separate cup w/ little water
5:55pm- Take 6mg crushed lorazepam (benzo)
6:05pm- Drink one glass SN
6:05pm- take chocolate confection
*relax and lay right side w/ bucket near

In honour of 2ndme, gonna leave this here just in case. If you change your mind after taking SN, it is not too late, but you need to act fast. Call emergency services in your area, clearly state your location, and tell them you have ingested sodium nitrite and will need to be treated with intravenous methylene blue.
There is no shame in changing your mind, and we will accept you back with open arms.

That being said, regardless of what happens, I hope you find the peace you are looking for. If you go through with the SN, I hope it is a peaceful passing.
