If you're willing, it's better to seek medical attention immediately to aviod organ damage that will make your life much worse. Overdose won't work I thought you took sn as well cause the meds are also used with sn

I don't think SN protocol requires 4g of propranolol. Vizzy's bible says that it should be 400mg. Even if OP took SN as well, the excessive amount of propranolol will hinder the protocol by causing nausea and other poisoning symptoms.

Now I found the last sentence of my comment includes a terrible and hurtful gramatical error and it should have been "I don't want you to go through unnecessary suffering." I deeply apologize. That was not what I wanted to say.
