I'm following stans regime,i'm on meto,the second dose,i bought it from a reputable pharmacy.Not yet taken SN just doing the AEs.I have checked it's among the side effects but what worries me is if it might cause vomiting after using SN.I don't know if someone has experienced this while using meto.

Most likely, a combination of adrenaline and the medication's harshness on your stomach made you sick. If the urges to go to the bathroom aren't too frequent, I'd take a nap and let my whole body rest. You won't be as stressed when you wake up.

As some have suggested, nerves may be playing a role – SI can subconsciously try to interfere with your plans, even if consciously you feel ready.

Is this your first time taking meto? It is possible you're allergic to it if so. If you start to experience severe symptoms (swelling, trouble breathing), please seek medical attention. You could try benzodiazepines if you think it might be nerves, or diphenhydramine/dimenhydrinate to help with the vomiting, but those might make you drowsy.

As others have said, it might be best to postpone drinking the SN if you can't even keep water down. I would be too worried about failure or not keeping enough down.

I'd say the diarrhea doesn't have to mean an aborted attempt, it just means your GI tract is a bit hyperactive, which is a known side effect of metoclopramide. The nausea and vomiting is the more concerning factor, and may warrant holding off on an attempt, especially if you can't even keep a bit of water down.

I hope you're getting some rest and the nausea goes away. Not sure if you could have some ginger tea or if it would interfere with the regimen. Ginger usually helps nausea for me.

Still alive,i followed some advice from most of you,i pushed it to today,because my body might have not been used to the meto,someone suggested that today i should include omeprazole because i have stomach ulcers that might elevate the symptoms due to fasting.I'm really thankful for those who reached out.I have never experienced the concerns shown to me.I feel cared for throughout my last hours.
I will update you as i take my SN.

unfortunately my last night was messed up,i was almost rapped by someone i trusted and knew my grief.What a way to spend a last night in this life.

I'm glad to know,this forum is more than friends i had before i met people i don't know but they were there for me,they gave me advice,listen to me,however repetitive i was,no one judged.I wish i found it much earlier.Those who think sasu is a bad place,they are just blinded.Here i got people with the same problem,they gave me options but. didn't force anything to me.If there was a way i could have brought my love back I would have listened to those who advised me to try one more time,but i really can't.I hope you'll find whatever you're seeking here.If its recovery then we have the recovery section,if it's venting you can vent all you want,if it's resources then there's a corner for it.You might also find beautiful souls for friends.All the best Lily

I can happily say i'm safe from that piece of shit of a sex predator.Hopefully i will be fully safe after my exit.thanks for your concern.Today i feel better,i just bought loperamide just incase i need it.But so far so good,i'm only left with 4 meto so no matter what happens i have to drink my SN.If i vomit i will drink the back up,if i vomit again i will drink another glass.
Ps:
I have decided to make 3 glasses if SN due to fear of vomiting.
