- No food or drink in 5.5 hours

It may not work due to the above (fast longer, antiemetics etc) but I'm out of time. If I live I will let you know (likely faulty SN from CCS, it's a newer source).

I'm just observing that a quarter cup seems to translate to about 74g rather than 60 using the table floating around: @ 48 tsp / cup
