Yesterday i watched the movie "Beowulf and Grendel"(2005). I think its a very underrated movie. It has really beautiful scenes and as au autist i found the Grendel character very relatable.
He is a troll, and the humans hate him because he is different from others. They kill his father without any reason, and Grendel becomes very bitter and angry on humans, even thought trolls are actually kind creatures according to the story.
Its a very very sad movie. It is worth noting that its not really a fantasy movie, because trolls are shown as Neanderthals/archaic humans, NOT magical creatures.
I really like Iceland nature and this movie was fully filmed in iceland.
