Just checking in to see how you are doing?

Pretty horrible to be honest with you. I cannot get over this dysphoria and I just feel constantly empty. It's too much and I really want to drink the sn tonight, but will likely wait at least another day. I wanted to hold out til December, but it's just too damn difficult.

I am chicken shit too. But I also know that nothing is going to improve by staying alive. I will always feel empty being deprived of a life I wish I could have through no one's fault but a 50/50 chance at birth.

I feel the same. Except for a 10/90 chance of being ok... Maybe even less.
