Help Going over my plan and can't figure out how to not be "found" by a family member

Hello, I am new and have been looking for some answers to this question but can't seem to find any. I plan to CTB at my secluded lake house sometime in the next couple months. I will do it during the middle of the week, so my family is 2 hours away and at work during the day. I plan to turn off my location and drive there, not telling anyone where I am. How do I make sure the police find me before they do? I want to avoid them finding me at all costs. I am afraid they will see me missing and drive up there themselves. It doesn't seem like I can schedule a text to 911. My method will need for me to be alone for 12ish hours with no chance of finding me. I need someone to come right after my 12 hours. I am afraid a scheduled Welfare email would take too long and someone in my family would find me first. I want them to possibly wake up in the morning and get a call with the news, instead of finding my notes and drive around in a panic. Any suggestions appreciated :)

I dont think there is a good way to avoid that. Maybe write a note explaning that u CTB and u are at this location and to call an ambulance i cant think of anything more solid, the note can be also in a form of a scheduled email. That's a good idea. Will probably make sure to say in note to send the police there. And thank you, you as well :)

Maybe you can ask a friend to call the police for you after 12 hours? I'm not sure if that's a viable option. Or schedule a text to be sent out after 12 hrs to someone to call the police at the location you're at, I wish the best for you

You could also add a physical note on the doors of your house saying not to come inside and to call police/ambulance.

And of course, the perpetual friendly reminder you can change your mind anytime.

huge problem for me too. i'd like the cops find my corpse and not my family. good luck

Is your family the type to bust windows and enter? Maybe invest in a deadbolt inside so they can't get in easily and leave a note on the door? Sorry I can't be more helpful
