Hey! i think i understand how you are feeling with that, sometimes those tiktoks/reels make me remember some stuff that happened (seeing THAT PERSON liking it makes it worse), and its okay to feel hate. If you dont mind me sharing this, what i do is just throw it all away ig lol, like doing something to get that rage out (without hurting others), cuz it becomes really unhealthy to me.
