Just had another failed hanging attempt today even after getting really drunk due to my goddam gag reflex. I seriously can't hang myself. I keep telling myself that it's the "quickest and easiest" method but it's not. After so many failed attempts my body refuses to cooperate but I hate the potential brain damage I may have caused

Because I live in the UK, Sn/Kn is impossible to find at the moment without someone helping you out but I can't seem to get any support in it.


I tried cutting once and am considering again even though it's said to have a incredibly low percentage rate. I self harm regularly but getting to bone is just too much.

And yeah VSED is a Bitch.

I'm at a complete loss for what to do. I know it's against the rules to help but god I could do with some.

even if it weren't against the rules i don't think anyone would offer very good advice because i don't think there is one
best thing i can do is point you to the resource section i think there must be at least something that can work for you and if you don't find anything i think the only alternative is overcoming your si (easier said than done)
sorry my useless post btw i know it didn't solve the situation but i wanted to at least be a little more real about it
