Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just found out I have gene mutations for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 and hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome. About to undergo some intense testing. I also have a lot of BRCA mutations and mutations of all three genes associated with early onset Alzheimer's plus the APOE gene and the jak2 gene. Everyone in my family dies from cancer, strokes and fronto-temporal dementia.

I have a bunch of issues myself....frankly a list far too long to mention here. Nothing terminal in the near-term unfortunately.

But of course I also have mental illnesses documented in my medical record and live in the US, so my options for a peaceful, self-determined exit are quite limited.

Where I live guns are very easy to obtain, I own a pistol that's fun to shoot at the range. It's not my method though. Too messy and the kickback (I'm a smaller person) would cause me to flinch and I'd probably just shoot my own eye out. ;)

My anatomy is such that any form of hanging is ineffective (collagen and connective tissue disorders).

I tried buying N many years ago but my order was intercepted by customs and I received a "love letter" (a bluelight term, I once learned ages ago, can we use that here?) from the feds so now my address is burned forever and anytime I traveled or crossed the border I get extra special, extra "random" searches

I wonder if Pegasos or Dignitas would be more likely to accept me if I have more physical conditions that can be proven to be the cause for my supposed "mental illnesses."

Anyone have any insight into this type of scenario?

Also if anyone here happens to have any type of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia and feels comfortable PMing me or replying to discuss your experience with it please let me know.

Thank you all for being here. Happy I found this place.

Have you considered the new ReBreather from Exit International?

I'm not am expert on Pegasos or Dignitas, but if you put their names into the site search they've been discussed a lot. Based n posts I've read, seems like something at least one of them would approve.

I have heard of this but I don't see it's delivery ever coming to fruition. I'd be happy to eat my words later however! Perhaps one could be improvised but I do not possess that level of know-how. The nitrogen method seems doable but not until the lockdown is over.

From what I've found a user named fightingsioux was a great resource for inert gas and the Swiss destination options. It appears he is no longer with us though, if I am reading everything correctly. Hopefully I can glean what I need from his legacy posts and threads.

Thank you for the tip!
