  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I have an extremely sensitive gag reflex/sensitivity to vomiting from even small stimuli. I don't have access to antiemetics or the motivation to get them. Is buying SN still worth it if I can't get the antiemetics? It's the only reason I haven't yet.

Without antiemetics, there is still a good chance of success, but it can be more uncomfortable.

You have several solutions, knowing that taking meto/domperidone does not exclude vomiting. It can happen.

- You buy SN and you prepare several glasses. If you vomit the first, you take another. If you vomit the second, you drink the third and so on.

- Some members of the forum use anti-vomiting OTC but which apparently are not very effective. But you can still pair with the backup SN glasses.

- Otherwise, you try to find an online pharmacy. However, this requires research but some only require answering a simple quiz.

Good luck in your research.

I have the same issue, so I'm hoping the numbing lozenges help with that.

Do you live in the UK or anywhere that does free healthcare/consultations? If so just lye to your GP that you have a stomach bug, you're vomiting and that you're definitely sure you haven't ingested anything toxic. Hopefully they'll give you a prescription for an antiemetic of some kind.

I think the OTC ones don't work because they affect different receptors in the brain but thank you for the suggestions

I really hate going to the doctors so the prospect of going to them and lying and still potentially not receiving the script I need is exhausting. I'll use it as a last resort though

You can get antiemetics from the doctor, and there are also plenty of alternatives to Meto/Domp if you look in the guide c

It's probably worth it to take an OTC one than none at all... Wish you the best.
