Full hanging on the door

How i can do full hanging on the door,door length 195 and me 178 there is like 30 cm

I don't think a door is good enough for full hanging. Also, you just need to tie not the end of the rope, but the middle on the support object. So you reduce the length

In case you have a rope longer than your needs, what is the best choice?
a) attach the rope in the middle and put something "heavy" in the end
b) cut the rope according to your needs

I assume that one end of the rope is for your neck
