she can't deal with lying, and i lied. i didn't mean to lie i just didn't know what to say, but i lied, and she's breaking down and honestly i get it but i feel like such a shitty person

what about talking to her and explaining why you lie. as long as youre not lying for malicious/selfish reasons its not as big of a deal. and maybe come up with a happy medium like "look i have no idea what to say and next time ill just tell you that idk" without know context i cant give a really good example but thats what my "bf" and i do. we work on something in the middle. of course this would also take work on her part as she would have to understand you cant change at the snap of your fingers.Similar threads
