Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

You should definitely contact a lawyer. Initial decision should not take more than 5-6 months. Something is awry.

use this to find one in your area with good ratings then check google search to confirm ratings. https://www.avvo.com
I have they will not assist until after my initial decision... I have been to multiple CEs, tons of different inpatient stays, multiple documented suicide attempts, and fit all the criteria. They are just waiting for me to die I'm 100% true so they dont have to help me.

Every lawyer is not the same. There's no way it should take that long. I had numerous lawyers turn a friend down saying his case was too hard until one chased him down and was like "of course I'll take it that's no big deal..." Explain you've been waiting almost 1 yr. that's ludicrous.

What state do you live in? Read that guide. Everyone I know got initial decisions in 4-6 months, even if it was a denial.

People with multiple Inpatient stays are considered to be the "easiest" cases to win.

What makes it worse is I was on SSDI before and decided to go back to work. MySSA even says "You are eligible to receive monthly disability benefits."

Going back to work created the problem for you. you DEFINITELY need a lawyer now. I'm no expert but I know that's a big hiccup.

:( they do not care at all its negligence imo

This is my last comment but if you dont do anything they wont either.

Yes you are correct. I get it. They are a-holes. But if you really want it you have to do some footwork make it hard for them to deny you / easy for them to approve you.

I've been unemployed for over a year and a half now because of my social anxiety and depression. :(

I hate working too. I hate myself for allowing myself to be in this position. I am investing in bitcoin and trying to learn how to invest in the stock market. I am following one guy on social media, right now he's charging $35 for lifetime access to follow him. He trades live online every day and you can follow him. But if you are committed to not having to be a wage slave, you put in the time and effort, you can sustain yourself on trading especially if you are a modest spender. I'm thinking about switching around my work schedule to weekends so I can trade the entire week. One thing I know, I'm NOT doing this 9-5 thing for another few decades. Im almost assuredly will ctb before that.
