Help Fuck I tried exit bag with helium last night and failed

I set all the things up and rehearsed several times in past few days,last night I took zopiclone 30mins before(to make it easier to sleep/lose conscious),but the problem is after Im in the bag like 20secs,I felt headache,eyes hurts n visual became so red,nausea,chest pain(heart beat so fast I can tell if it's nervous or what),and a bit of suffocation which suppose not to be happen,i felt everything clear but no sign of passing out,those makes me take off the bag immediately
I feel so frustrated this morning and thinking maybe hang my self would be much more easier

They claimed it's 99.99% purity,I tried inhale some like ppl did with the balloon my voice changed and feel lightheaded,idk why once I'm in the bag it felt different

Would nitrogen hv to same issue?

Inhaling some from a balloon isn't going to be a valid test because the party stores sell the 80/20 or less helium tanks and those will float balloons fine and alter your voice and you can get light-headed if you inhale deeply a few times in a row from those. I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all if there are people selling "pure" helium tanks that aren't pure after all. It happens with the sodium nitrite and other things people order where they are sold something that isn't as advertised.

Either sounds like a leak in your setup or the possibility of impure helium in the tank. Hard to say, and I don't know how you could test the tank to see its components.

I'll buy another tank from professional gas company,not party use one and try again,I'm thinking if it's the bag's issue but it seems well sealed with limited flexibility,not likely leak or setting problem,idk

If you did buy one intended for "party use" and not from a gas company, I'd lay high odds that you got an impure one.

Breath tests are unreliable. Vizzy's thread has tips on the oxygen meter. I know you said helium, but detecting the levels of oxygen here with a detector should completely verify if it is 99% helium.

People always find a way to die simply. But if you're putting in the effort you may as well be sure.
I haven't researched gas methods that much, but you need more preparation than what you saw on the news. Yes the guy on the news did it, but there are so many more variables like who made the tank, how much, how strong was the plastic bag, how large or long was the tube, etc.. Details that feel never-ending. But once you answer them, you eliminate 99% of the chance of mess ups. You don't want to mess something like this up, consequences stretch from more pain to hospital vegetables. Safe travels to you.

also bought 10lbs charcoal,if exit bag doesn't work again I would go CO

I bought a regulator but it's without flow meter,then now I order other one which combine these two
And a spinner,a new tube,a hose clamp…considering a O2 detector but it takes 2 wks for delivery….it's so complicated that almost driving me nuts,I wish all these efforts can lemme sleep peacefully then never wake up

Step by step. That's how I got my setup.. I don't know if I've done or have everything perfectly but I tried to stay as calm as possible when ordering and assembling each piece (and then having to reorder stuff sometimes when I noticed it didn't fit etc). I got frustrated along the way but then calmed myself down again bc if you trip it won't help. Calm and focused mind is a must with this method I think (it's been extremely hard for me bc I'm in such despair but it was also a working distraction).

Oh and get the O2 detector (see if maybe Amazon or eBay has a faster one, they're common). But it'll give you peace of mind.

I'm in Asia not US,I ordered a new regulator with flow meter and O2 detector from China,will receive tmr,then I'll do the check and update,hope the quality and accuracy would be ok
Also I realize that I have a wheelchair Which is quite solid,although I still wishing laying on bed during this

I don't think it helps to vilify the method and simply say "it's not working". It is a highly effective method. And it's also by far one of the most peaceful ones that exist. There's a reason all the right-to-die organizations suggest it top of the list.
Yes, it's a little more involved. You'll have to put your brains and focus to setting it up right, and acquiring the right materials and parts. But it's not rocket science. And also, that's why we have all the instructions and guidance for it!
It's not cheap no. (Even from the books that were written 10-20 years ago all the prices have gone way up unfortunately). But the way I see it, when you're ready to die, money is literally the last thing you'll need to worry about. It does suck that it's still not available to anyone though bc not everyone can simply "come up" with the funds for it. So yes this method is a little more expensive than others. But where there's a will there's a way.

And again it is such a successful method overall, to me that's worth it.
