Thanks for everyone's help seeking how to successfully hang. I'm going to be using a 1/2" polyester rope and a pull up bar station. Please look at the two pics and let me know these items will work. I am about 5'2 and 130 lbs. Also please let me know the best knot and how to cut the rope the right way as well as how many feet needed. Should I place something around rope like a tshirt or bag?
