Help Fsh or psh?

I've decided to cbt by hanging hopefully by the end of the month. I've bought the rope and a door bar that will hold my weight. I'm short enough that I think I can do an fsh in the doorway. My concern is that I'm a bigger woman. Would psh work better? I've always envisioned a fsh but I just want to find the ss and fade away. I'm thinking of putting a bag over my head as well along with handcuffs so I can't save myself. I'm a little scared but I'll never be free from my ex while I live. I'm thinking of cbt on the 28th. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to know to. I like the idea of PSH, it seems easier and less painful. I've also read up about the night night method. Which is just compressing the veins in your neck to cut off blood flow. I've heard that is the easiest method

I haven't heard of the night night method. There is something about fsh that feels like it's the most final. No way to save myself. I plan on doing it in a hotel so no one will find me until I'm long gone.

Fsh 100% way more reliable then partial. Dont bother with night night, ligature etc it does not work

I've decided to go with PSH. I've heard that more people successfully achieve CBT with PSH than with FSH, and PSH is definitely much more comfortable.

True but I fear getting caught in a bad one, i.e. being conscious a long time.

It's comforting to be able to back out. So you only go through with it if you hit the sweet spot and pass out. OTOH it's simply hard to do.
