FSH anchor point: garage door tracks?

would the rails that a garage door slides onto when it opens be sufficiently strong for FSH?

Garage doors arent super light. But they are supported on both sides. My gut feeling says to me that they should be. but to be safe, I would suggest hanging by your hands first, gently shake around to make sure it can hold you. Better to fail during that than it would be to fail during a real attempt.
