What is really starting to piss me off is people that just will not admit the truth. They spin everything away from the truth and refuse to allow you shitty things to be true. You can tell them every true story about how messed up you are and they will just blindly lie and try to pull some positive from it. Like, this isn't positive. Sorry. You are helping no one by refusing to allow it to actually be what it is. Stop trying to force me to believe something that helps no one because it isnt true. Im sorry it isnt as simple as just smiling for me and turning frowns upside down for me. But when you are ignoing blatant reality it starts to get a little frustrating. Or are trying to tell me what I was thinking it really starts to be frustrating. Just let it be what it is! Gah! Anyways, that is all.

Exactly! Quit forcing this on me when we both know it isn't true. Maybe it is for you but it isn't for me

Yes, its perfectly natural to be frustrated with others who invalidate your feelings and spew out toxic posotivity.
Theres too many of them around these days.
Thats why I avoid people as much as I can now.

I think it's a refusal to just see the truth. They live in such a fantasy land and its like this weird positivity fascism. Like I can't even say I'm bad at something without some giant illusion and lie being told and if I advocate for the truth, I'm the jerk. I put my foot down last night and their response was 'Yeah, I guess I wouldn't know.' And the evidence was so clear. Like, I am the failure of the family. Sorry, it's pretty obvious. Just let it be true!

The truth scares people and its normal for people to want to avoid pain as much as possible although its not realistic. The more aware one becomes the more depressed we get

Yeah, and I think they just want to pretend everything is okay so they don't have to deal with it and can keep their illusions alive.
