Discussion Friday or Sunday night for hotel SN?

Body to be discovered next morning checkout around 10 am.

I would prefer Friday night cause of the date in my case, but also feel bad for putting the hotel through it on the weekend.

I think Sunday would be better for the hotel. I just think a Friday night has more good vibes generally whereas Sunday is a bit more of a sobering, downer day. But I don't think it matters too much really does it? It's not going to be pleasant regardless of the day.

It's about busyness for the staff . also less guests coming across it is better too

OP has a good heart and something called empathy, which makes me sad cause its another example of a good person commiting CTB.

It's not about hotel profits, it's about the guests, staff and whomever gets involved. If you're gonna use their place for something so important, at least have some consideration.

I would say sunday, and do try to be as clean as possible if you can. Monday typically have less guests so the staffs can deal with the horrors and actually have space to breathe.

I've heard your body will cause excretion after death as all muscles relax and so on. Unfortunately their bed will be ruined by having a corpse on it. it is protocol for the room to be deep cleaned and also replace furniture after a death. I hope the bed is the only one that needs to be thrown away cause that would suck to change up everything.

Yeah this is why when I CTB I wanna do it in nature. So my body just get eaten up by bacteria and stuff.

I think most staff would have experienced someone being dead. Also these type of work (service industry) you are aleady confronted with worse people (rudeness, harassment, stress).

are you planning on leaving the staff some kind of delayed message, or just assuming the cleaners will find you?

If the latter, Sunday and book the reservation until Tuesday. That way they'll come in to clean Monday. Not many people book hotels on Tuesday, but even if someone did have your room, that would at least give staff a day to change it.
