These thoughts are intrusive and unwanted. I get them out of the blue. Especially before I go to sleep. I see my whole life stretching out in front of me & it overwhelms me. I feel like I can't go on with all the boredom, pain & suffering. I just want to end my life & finally be free. This is why I have the idea of immigrating to America after I finish my PHD. This is as a gunshot to the head would be a surefire way to commit suicide & it's not that hard. Plz can u offer me some support :)
