Free u.s. trans / disabled / etc. telehealth resource

Really unsure where to post this. I feel like the people who need it most tend to hang around the other forums, but that's not what this is about. Maybe if enough or the right people see it the knowledge will move along. Anyway:

I know of a grassroots organisation operating in the states that does some rad shit, including operating a network of volunteer people in various branches of health/care and medicine and other healing arts. It's telehealth and so I think as long as they have a provider with a connection to where you are, you can be seen and receive medication, therapy, etc. I'm pretty sure it's all free (maybe not the actual medication though. Not sure how that part plays out).

I have some degree of ties to them so I'm not going to just dump their info in a place that's teeming with bigoted eugenecist incels, even if this is probably the forum least likely to host them too. If you're interested you can reply, or message me - I'll send the info if your profile is open and if not, I'll reply to you with it (note that I will be scanning your post history to make sure you aren't requesting this info for the wrong reasons).

Hey, not trans but but I am an ally and I am mentally disabled even though I don't like to think of neurodivergent/depressed/ptsd people as disabled. Is this source for only lgbtq and physically disabled?

Hi @qewpie - your first post, woah, welcome to the site unfortunately, as I say.

As a brand new member no one can engage with you by private chat or DM yet, sadly. You need to be here some amount of time and make some posts before that's possible and I don't intend to post this info publicly.

However I will say it's all telehealth and takes a bit of time since it's a decentralized thing run completely by volunteers - if it's really urgent, you might want to seek alternative help as even if you had their info right now, it could still take some time for you to be connected to a provider.
