i have nothing to live for anymore, ive suffered for my whole life, things have only gotten worse over time, my friends hate me, so i think the time is right to finally kill myself.

sorry to hear you are having a rough time, if you mean plastic bag for suffocation using belt around neck to stop any air getting through, dont waste your time ive been there tried it and it was a disaster, you go into full panic mode and just rip the bag offSimilar threads
