  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Here's the link to the report.
https://www.soft-tox.org/files/toxtalk/SOFT_ToxTalk_v39-2.pdf
(It mentions Pentobarbital on page 13)

They say it's because it's a "potential terrorism poison". As if anyone could successfully poison an unwilling person with N... Every account I've read states that it tastes utterly abhorrent... and for an unsuspecting individual to drink the amount needed to kill without noticing the taste of DEATH on their tongue is damn near impossible. Unless they're considering that the 'offender' might possess medical knowledge and could theoretically incapacitate and then repeatedly inject a person with multiple syringes worth of it?

Or maybe the act of suicide itself counts as "terrorism" to them. It wouldn't surprise me if it did. That's pretty much North Korea's attitude toward it & I've come to find that America isn't entirely dissimilar in its treatment of individual freedoms & bodily autonomy.

Two things : is there a source from India? (Third case)

How do they manage to put them on watch lists if the package wasn't discovered? (First case)

This is a report from 2015, so I'm unsure if the Indian source still exists (or who it even was to begin with?)

I'm guessing Guy # 1 went with A as his source for Nembutal, seeing as he was provided with the Mexican brand 'equivalent' of Metoclopramide (and A used to include that in his packages alongside the bottles, but in later years abruptly stopped doing so for some reason).

I'm guessing Guy # 1 just wasn't covert enough when ordering? It's a pain in the ass to make online transactions untraceable. I had enough trouble learning Bitcoin... I don't think I could pull off Monero. I'll likely be in a similar position to him. :ohh:

Did I read correctly or my English is failing me?

Nembutal as a "Potential Terrorism Poison" is simply impossible. The amount needed and the taste would be noticed as soon as the victim drinks. This is why we avoid using methods such as cyanide, since it's a powder that can be put into drinks, food and the amount for a lethal dose is really low.

SN and N are only lethal if taken with the correct regimen to prevent throwing up, otherwise the user might fall unconscious, but won't die.

Exactly! :ehh:
The government just wants to use that deliberately malicious misleading moniker to serve as a convenient excuse to crucify the suicidal.
