Yes, of course. That'd be great. You'd get all the advantages of suicide (an end to the suffering and futility of this miserable existence) without the downsides (causing pain to loved ones, having to summon up the courage to actually go through with it, etc)

The way I like to think about it is life can be cruel and, also beautiful. I failed my CTB attempt not too long ago and it was only after that I realized how much of an impact I make on the people around me, and that made me cry; I was happy so many people wanted me there because I made things better for them. If they were going through a rough time in their life or something bad happened, at least they could see and be around me. Which is still hard to wrap my head around even to this day.

Yes giving birth under certain circumstances can be unfair, especially if the parent(s) is/are unfit to care for a child, but mine weren't. I work a minimum wage job but I still love it there, its a liveable wage but the people I work with is what's keeping me there.

In short; giving birth at the right time is up to the parents, making the most out of the opportunity handed to you is up to you. It's your life and thus you can do as you wish with it.

It's absolutely disgusting and beyond selfish to decide to procreate, as life is completely unnecessary, and life in itself is the source of all torment and suffering. Nobody can be harmed by never existing but life holds unlimited potential for harm.

No matter what, it will always be preferable to never exist at all, as humans we are being punished all because of the selfish decisions of other people who chose to cruelly procreate all for their own benefit. Somebody would have to be severely delusional to see it as being beneficial to procreate in this reality, as in this world there is no relief from suffering. Life itself is undeniably the true problem, and yes this world would be less hellish if we could just easily exit, but just the fact that there is a lack of acceptance towards our right to die certainly proves that this world is hell. A peaceful, instant exit is the least we deserve after being so unfairly burdened with the ability to suffer.

I get paid minimum wage so it's not like I have money laying around I can donate. I already don't eat that much so I'm not giving all that much money to the people who hand me food. Even if it's illegal, how are you going to serve your sentence? Murder is still illegal and yet people still murder. So it's not like a law is stopping really anyone.

And does anyone know from there instant knowledge here if there was ever a court trial held with the purpose to convict a dead person because this person committed suicide? Apart from the processes the church conducted ofc. I would imagine it happened.

After a quick google search I couldn't find any court cases. But I did find out some cool things, Voluntary Euthanasia (Basically what this entire forum is about) is legal in Canada. Bill C-14 which allowed Voluntary Euthanasia and MAID (Medical Assistance In Dying) disallowed Voluntary Euthanasia on grounds of mental illness, long-term disability, or any curable condition. Also making it unavailable to minors.
