Help For those who have lovely family but “have to” cbt..

I came to the point when my existence is unbearable and my family struggle as well. They are tired. However they still believe everything will be fine..
But I made my decision. Damn.
If you are in the same boat, how do you cope with this? It hurts, hurts, hurts

I don't think there's any way to cope with it. If you have a family who you love and who loves you, it will hurt and you feel guilty all the way til the end. The guilt is what keeps me here for now, but one day I think that it won't be enough.
