  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Just a thought can fluoxetine (prozac) be used as an antimetic? Also is there a chance it could react with any part of the SN plan? Thanks

depends on its mechanism of action - 5HT2A/C antagnoism will have antiemetic action due to the serotonin involvement

however, do note that it will only be an effective antiemetic if the cause of emesis is an imbalance in the serotonin system. I am not well versed in the SN protocol, but perhaps you may find this thread of use: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/quetiapine-dose-for-sedation-secondary-antiemesis.82048/

I don't know for sure about reacting with other substances, but I don't think it'll be a good enough antiemetic. I haven't done extensive research though and maybe that link above will help. But, I have never heard on this forum anyone saying an antidepressant having any AE function. Sorry couldn't help you out more.
